Note: Users cannot register themselves directly in the app. All user accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators.

• Real-time GPS data is collected to verify your location at the time of attendance check-in and check-out.

• We request permission to access your location in the foreground and background to ensure accurate attendance logging even when the app isn’t actively open.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts (admin-controlled)

• Log and verify attendance based on real-time GPS location

• Generate attendance records for employers

• Improve our app’s performance and functionality

• Comply with legal and organizational requirements

3. Permissions Used

To provide accurate attendance tracking, PDSS requests the following permissions:

Purpose of Each:

• Fine Location: For exact GPS location while marking attendance.

• Coarse Location: To determine approximate location if GPS is unavailable.

• Background Location: To maintain location accuracy during attendance operations even if the app is in the background.

Location is only accessed during attendance-related tasks and is not used for continuous monitoring.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your data may be shared:

• With your employer or HR department for attendance records

• With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., for cloud storage or analytics)

• As required by law, regulation, or legal process

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. User Control and Access

Since registration is managed by administrators:

• You cannot create or delete your own account.

• You must contact your employer or admin for updates or corrections to your information.

The App is intended for use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18 years of age.
